JBrent Clothing wants you to be happy with our products and our services. That’s why we’ve made our returns process as quick and convenient for you as possible.
All merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranties but not against mishandling or uncommon abuse. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired depending on the manufacturer’s policy. Defective products will be replaced with the same stock number, color and size.

JBrent Clothing makes every attempt to process orders for in-stock merchandise the same day they are received. Our standard cut-off time for daily order processing is 3 p.m. EST Monday-Friday. Orders for in-stock merchandise received during the weekend (after the Friday cut-off time) will ship on the following Monday.
State Sales Tax
Orders shipped to the state of Georgia are subject to 7.0% sales tax.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 14 days of purchase. The return item must be in its original condition, including all tags, packing and accessories and you will receive a prompt refund. We will credit your original payment method less shipping and handling charges. We will however refund shipping charges on products that are defective or received in error. We do not accept returns on customized items. We encourage you to insure any returned merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged merchandise in transit. To initiate a return, contact our customer service department at email@example.com. A representative will issue you a Return Authorization to be used in finalizing your return or exchange. Manufacturer’s & Custom Merchandise Warranty
All merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranties, but not against mishandling or uncommon abuse. We are unable to change or cancel custom items after 24 hours after order receipt. All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and customization begins within 24-48 hours after sale is completed.
