Returns & Exchanges

 

If you are not satisfied with your stock, non-customized purchased item, simply return the item within 14 days of purchase. The return item must be in its original condition, including all tags, packing and accessories and you will receive a prompt refund. We will credit your original payment method less shipping and handling charges. We will refund shipping charges on products that are defective or received in error. We do not accept returns on customized items. We encourage you to insure any returned merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged merchandise in transit.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service department at customer.service@jbrentclothing.com. A representative will issue you a Return Authorization to be used in finalizing your return or exchange. Mail returned merchandise to: JBrent Clothing, P.O. Box 2132, Atlanta, GA. 30331.

Manufacturer’s & Custom Merchandise Warranty

All merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranties, but not against mishandling or uncommon abuse.

We are unable to change or cancel custom items after 24 hours after order receipt. All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and customization begins within 24-48 hours after sale is completed.
