 When does my item ship?

  • Our shipping cutoff time is 3 p.m. EST Monday-Friday. In-stock items will ship out that day if placed before that time.

When does custom item ship?

  • It can take up to 24 hours to process orders. Once orders are submitted and processed, our production department begins customizing customers merchandise. Customizing of your order will be completed within 14 days of approval of design, and all completed merchandise is shipped the day of completion (if completed by 3 p.m.). If merchandise is completed after 3 p.m., it will be shipped the next business day (orders completed after 3 p.m. on Friday’s will be shipped the following Monday.

 How does my item ship?

  • Items are shipped using UPS and USPS. For items designated to be shipped standard Ground shipping, we ship those orders using UPS. For items designated to be shipped Priority, we ship orders using USPS.

How do I return my item?

I am interested in buying an item. Can I get it in a different color?

  • Availability of color can be located on the item’s display page. Check for the color you want to see. Are there discounts for large orders?

  • Sports teams, businesses, schools, groups, and civic organizations ordering large quantities of merchandise may qualify for discounts. Call our sales department at 678.631.8155 for additional information on discounts.

Can representatives see my order that I am placing online?

  • No, we cannot see your shopping cart.
